Conceptual Contributions

Rhythmic Diminution (Archives)

An accelerated rate of archival mechanics (e.g., appraisal, accession) facilitated by the agential actants of ubiquitous computing. Develops a novel archival approach to end-user issues of privacy, agency, and representation (Seberger, In Press).

Aspirational Data Doppelganger

A concept grounded in the etymology of 'doppelganger' which highlights the need to move beyond critical and reactionary approaches to data doubles and data doppelgangers (e.g., creepiness, uncanny, etc.) (Seberger, Work in Progress).
